A glowing cloud blossomed into a rainbow over southern China on 5 June, appearing at dusk over Wanning City in southern China in Hainan Province.

The glowing 'rainbow' was spotted first by a child on a fishing boat, and captured by a local photographer.

The rare effect is created by light refracting off ice crystals in clouds, rather than water particles close to Earth, creating a 'flying' rainbow.

Ons wordt "geleerd" dat het ijskristallen en/of ook amoniac kristallen kunnen zijn....
Is dat wel zo? Is er soms sprake van "petroleum / nafta" in de atmosfeer - net als bij Titan. Hier bij ons dan in zéér geringe mate, maar dat momenteel "aan het licht komt" door klimatologische omstandigheden??.....

Toch is de materie niet op grote schaal verder door ontwikkeld. Want na al die jaren zou je wel een dergelijk (precisie)wapen nu al in gebruik moeten zien.
Er zijn wel berichten uit Iraq, dat er een dergelijk US/UF wapen is gebruikt. Welke bovenop hummers waren geïnstalleerd en Irakeese soldaten vreemde danspasjes liet maken en achterliet met 3 dagen lang ondraaglijke hoofdpijnen.

BioFeedback kan iedereen leren en kan je ook uitvoeren zonder electronische meetapparaatjes. Dure gadgets gepresenteerd door vééls te blije gezichten, met vééls te blije zilvergrijze vitale oudjes...

Steeds dat piepkleine stemmetje in mij, "Dolle er klopt iets niet".

Dus ik heb mijn licentie opgezegd dit jaar.... Nou het leek we een "sectarisch gebeuren"! Want ineens kreeg ik mail hoe belangrijk ik wel niet was, en zoveel kennis heb, en een gemis zou zijn, bla die bla die bla...
Krijg ik ook ineens mail uit Polen van een Heart Math provider en duurde het héél lang voordat ik dus bevestiging kreeg voor het opzeggen van mijn licentie, terwijl ik uit ervaring weet dat hun administratie uitermate gesmeerd loopt.

Mijn vermoeden is dat er meer op de achtergrond gebeurd en zeker met betrekking tot de GCI project.

Ik ben er klaar mee!

The brainchild of a fractious group of Russian emigré’s, the poles and wires are in fact a network of conductors meant to ionize the air. If the technique is done properly, the thinking goes, the natural current between the earth and the ionosphere is amplified, leading — through a mechanism that is not fully understood — to rainfall. There are now 17 such installations in six states in Mexico, and in January, federal government agencies decided to back construction and operation of 19 more by 2006, potentially altering the weather in much of parched north and central Mexico. Meanwhile, by May, ELAT’s competitor Earthwise Technologies Inc., of Mexico City and Dallas, could win the right to establish ionization stations in southwest Texas’s water-starved Webb County, which would make it the first such installation in the United States.

Tja... Noord-, of zuidpolen-, Dippole-, Dipole-, Milankovitch cyclus-, electro-magnetische velden-, "energie"-, opwarming-, afkoeling-, electrisch-, portals-, ??? Explanation:
Why is this horizon so colorful? Because, opposite the Sun, it is raining. What is pictured above is actually just a common rainbow. It's uncommon appearance is caused by the Sun being unusually high in the sky during the rainbow's creation. Since every rainbow's center must be exactly opposite the Sun, a high Sun reflecting off of a distant rain will produce a low rainbow where only the very top is visible -- because the rest of the rainbow is below the horizon. Furthermore, no two observers can see exactly the same rainbow -- every person finds themselves exactly between the Sun and rainbow's center, and every observer sees the colorful circular band precisely 42 degrees from rainbow's center. The above image featuring the Eiffel Tower was taken in Paris, France last week.

Although the intermittent thunderstorms lasted for much of the day, the horizon rainbow lasted for only a few minutes.
